Fetch Terms of Service

Fetch is a private internal business system operated by Giant Pet Wellness. These terms govern its use by the people Giant Pet Wellness authorizes.
1. Who operates Fetch
Fetch is operated by Giant Pet Wellness. Giant Pet Wellness is responsible for the application, the data it holds and the accounts it connects to.
2. What Fetch is
Fetch is a private analytics and marketing-intelligence system built for Giant Pet Wellness's internal business operations. It is not offered as a public consumer service, it is not sold as software to outside customers, and it is not available for public registration.
3. Who may use Fetch
Fetch is intended solely for users that Giant Pet Wellness authorizes, which means its own personnel and the partners it grants access to. Use of Fetch is limited to Giant Pet Wellness's business purposes.
4. Access
Giant Pet Wellness may grant, restrict, suspend or revoke access to Fetch at any time and at its discretion. Users must not attempt to access Fetch, any account connected to it, or any data within it, beyond the authorization they have been granted. Users must not share credentials or attempt to circumvent any access control.
5. Third-party services
Fetch connects to third-party business and advertising platforms that Giant Pet Wellness owns or is authorized to access, including Google Ads. Use of those connections remains subject to the applicable terms and policies of each third-party service, in addition to these terms. Fetch is not affiliated with or endorsed by those services.
6. This public site
This site is informational. It describes Fetch and publishes its Privacy Policy and these terms. It does not provide access to the private Fetch application, and using this site does not create any right of access to it.
7. Changes to these terms
Giant Pet Wellness may update these terms. The date at the top of this page will change when it does.
