Fetch
Fetch is Giant Pet Wellness's private first-party analytics and marketing-intelligence platform.
Giant Pet Wellness built Fetch for its own team. Fetch brings the company's commerce records, first-party website measurement, advertising data and related business data together in one place, so that the people running the business can see how their marketing is actually performing.
What Fetch does
Fetch is used inside Giant Pet Wellness to understand:
- marketing performance across the channels the company advertises on
- attribution, meaning which marketing a customer saw before they ordered
- advertising spend, and what that spend returned
- creative performance, meaning which ads and assets worked and which did not
The people who use Fetch are Giant Pet Wellness staff and the partners the company authorizes. Fetch turns raw platform data into reporting those people use to make ordinary business decisions about where to spend and what to make next.
How Fetch connects to other services
Fetch connects to business and advertising platforms that Giant Pet Wellness owns or is authorized to access, including Google Ads. Those connections are made with credentials Giant Pet Wellness controls, and they reach only the accounts the company is entitled to read.
Google Ads data retrieved by Fetch is used for Giant Pet Wellness's own internal reporting, measurement and analysis. It is not sold, and it is not used to serve advertising for anyone other than Giant Pet Wellness. The Privacy Policy sets out exactly which Google Ads information Fetch accesses, what it is used for, how it is stored and how it is deleted.
Fetch is not a public product. It is not offered for public registration and it is not sold to or used by outside customers. There is no sign-up here. This site exists to describe Fetch and to publish its privacy policy and terms of service.
